Description

The Summit Kamado E6 is a charcoal grill designed for outdoor cooking, featuring a 61 cm cooking area and a kamado-style structure that supports heat retention and precise temperature control across a wide range of cooking methods.

The grill is constructed with dual-walled insulated steel and finished with a porcelain-enamel coating to help retain heat and provide resistance to outdoor conditions. It includes a 61 cm Gourmet BBQ System stainless steel hinged cooking grate, allowing charcoal to be added during cooking and compatibility with interchangeable cooking accessories.

Temperature control is managed through a Rapidfire lid damper for quick airflow adjustments, along with an adjustable fuel grate that allows both low-temperature smoking and high-heat searing. A built-in thermometer on the lid provides a clear reading of internal temperature during use.

The grill is equipped with a One-Touch cleaning system for ash management, along with two Char-Basket fuel holders for organizing charcoal during cooking. It also includes two integrated tool hooks for convenience.

The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty steel cart with all-weather wheels for stability and mobility. It is designed to support multiple cooking methods including grilling, smoking, roasting, and baking.
