Delivery Schedule & Coverage

• Greater Cairo: Next-day delivery.

• Alexandria: Delivery within 3–5 working days.

If you are located outside Greater Cairo and Alexandria, please contact us before placing your order, you may still be eligible for delivery exceptions depending on your location and our fleet availability.

 

Delivery Method

All deliveries are handled directly by our in-house logistics team.
We do not use third-party courier services, ensuring your order is handled with care and arrives in perfect condition.

 

Delivery Fees

• EGP 100 for deliveries all over Greater Cairo.
• EGP 250 for deliveries to Alexandria.

 

Returns Pickup

For eligible online orders, we also offer pickups from the original delivery address for returns.
