Description

Festipak is a UHT vegetable mix with No Added Sugar, formulated for pastry and patisserie preparations. Stable at room temperature thanks to UHT sterilisation, Festipak whips to a fluffy, white, and stable cream that performs in baking, freezing, and plated desserts. For best results, chill Festipak to 5–7°C before whipping and process in a blender until you reach a light and stable cream.

How to Use

  • Chill first: Refrigerate Festipak to 5–7°C before whipping for optimal volume and stability.
  • Whip: Whip in a blender or whisk until you obtain a fluffy, white, and stable cream.
  • Use: Use as a topping, filling, or in plated desserts; suitable for baking and freezing applications.
  • Storage: Unopened: store at ambient temperature (UHT). Once opened: keep refrigerated and use within recommended time.
