Chef Eslam discovered his passion at just seven years old, transforming an early curiosity into a committed culinary profession driven by creativity, experimentation, and continuous growth.
His strongest specialty is meat, mastering multiple cuts, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles. His second specialty is Italian cuisine, with a particular focus on pasta, a category he continues to study and perfect. He is certified in food hygiene and safety, has earned multiple certificates from establishments he has worked with, and spent six years at Pier 88 before joining AMFoods to expand his skills and further develop his craft.
He previously worked at “Maria Social” under 2-Michelin-Star Chef Henrique, where he gained valuable experience in fine dining and international culinary standards. He has achieved several recognitions including Winner of Best Young Chef 2021, 3rd place at the Best Young Chef Institute Competition, and 3rd place in the Salon Competition, and represented in the Africa Cup of Chefs. Chef Islam continues to push his skills forward every day, aiming to reach the highest level in his culinary career.
