Description
3D silicone mould inspired by the classic French Saint-Honoré pastry, featuring a decorative, sculpted rim that mimics piped cream swirls and a gently rounded base for a refined, bombé effect. The special internal border softens the base’s edges, giving a smooth, elegant finish. Ideal for mousses, semifreddos, and baked creations. Fill the cavity, bake or freeze, and unmould easily thanks to the flexible silicone. Suitable from –60 °C to +230 °C and dishwasher safe.
