Slow-cook Wagyu brisket with marble score 4–5, tender fibers, and deep marbling for rich flavor. Supplied vacuum-packed as a whole primal cut to preserve marbling and delicate texture. Suitable for braising or slow roasting, producing soft, juicy slices. A 6 kg brisket provides around 12–14 portions. Store frozen at –12 °C and do not exceed warmer temperatures.
