Most tender veal cut, expertly trimmed for clean presentation. Supplied vacuum-packed as a whole primal cut for uniform slicing. Ideal for searing or roasting, producing tender filet steaks or medallions. A 1.5 kg tenderloin provides about 4–5 portions. Store frozen at –12 °C and do not exceed warmer temperatures.
