Description
Rich, full-flavored chuck roll supplied vacuum-packed as a whole primal cut. Excellent for braising, stewing, or slow roasting, producing tender shredded beef or soft pieces for stews. A 6.2 kg chuck provides about 12–16 portions. Store frozen at –12 °C and do not exceed warmer temperatures.
