Elegant French-trimmed lamb rack with refined presentation and succulent flavor, cap-off. Supplied vacuum-packed as a whole primal cut to preserve meat quality and presentation. Ideal for roasting or grilling, producing simple rack-of-lamb steaks. A 700 g rack provides around 2–3 portions. Store frozen at –12 °C and do not exceed warmer temperatures.
