Tender grain-fed tenderloin with marble score 1+, buttery texture, and mild flavor. Supplied vacuum-packed as a whole primal cut to maintain natural tenderness and premium quality. Ideal for roasting or cutting into filet steaks. A 2.1 kg tenderloin provides around 5–6 portions. Store frozen at –12 °C and do not exceed warmer temperatures.
